FRP pipe
FRP pipes, which possess both the mechanical and physical properties of steel pipes and the corrosion resistance of plastic pipes, play a significant role in the transportation of water. The FRP pipes are made by computerized rational proportioning of raw materials such as glass fibers, short-cut glass fibers, quartz sand and resin. This enables an essential optimization of the pipe structure. The core mechanical properties, such as flexural rigidity and bending strength, are far superior to the standard values, giving the pipes strong internal and external pressure-bearing capabilities, as well as the ability to resist ground subsidence.
Lightweight: Under the same performance standards, its weight is 1/5 that of cast iron pipes and 1/10 that of concrete pipes, resulting in lower transportation.

High strength: the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe has s strong ability to withstand radial deformation. When subjected to external pressure and undergoing significant radial deformation, the pipe wall structure is not easily damaged. It has a high bending strength and can withstand high combined stress generated by both internal external pressure.

Components
Glass fiber reinforced plastic mortar pipe (continuous winding process) is a three-dimensional reinforced pipe wall structure. The entire cross-section of the pipe wall simultaneously adopts two reinforcement methods: circumferential continuous fibers and three-dimensionally distributed chopped fibers. The pipe wall is connected into a whole through chopped fibers, which overcomes the defects of laminated structures.
