Resin and glass have a great impact on pipe's forming process, structure and lifespan. Our GRP pipes are made of customized resin, to ensure the stability and reliability of Huafeng products. In the process of manufacturing, liquid resin is taken as the matrix, while glass fiber is taken as the reinforcing material. After stacking layer and layer, the pipes are output continuously in a spiral motion trail.
Huafeng adopts the continuous winding Glass Reinforced Plastic pipe manufacture process based on IoT. All the subsystems are operated in linkage under centralized control, featuring high integration and automation. Compared with traditional pipes, the wall of the continuously winding GRP pipe is made of continuous and chopped fibers for reinforcement. The pipe wall is connected as a hole by chopped fiber to form a 3D reinforcement structure. The unique structure provides the pipe with a good mechanical property to greatly improve the reliability of pipe structure.
