Fiber Glass System utilize continuous winding technology, resin, glass fiber, and quartz sand are layered and cured to form a uniform and stable composite pipe wall. Our production process adopts 3D printing and continuous forming, and there is almost no manual involvement in the overall production process, only the upper feed control and the downstream pipeline cutting and transferring have manual participation. A multi-layer composite structure (liner-reinforcement layer-sand layer-outer protection) balances leak resistance, pressure bearing, and stiffness. Integrated material-structure-function design achieves optimal balance of weight, cost, and performance while ensuring safety margins.

Types of fiber glass systems
The company conducted a competitive advantage analysis to identify its strengths and weaknesses compared to its rivals.
GRP/FRP Pipe & GRP/FRP Liner Pipe
The pipes have strong corrosion resistance, are lightweight and high-strength, and are both economical and practical.
01
GRP/FRP Jacking Pipe
With high resin content and high strength, it is suitable for underground trenchless repair.
02
GRP/FRP Pressure Pipe
The pipe has good sealing performance and is suitable for fluid transportation projects involving pumping.
03
GRP/FRP Pressure Jacking Pipe
The strength and sealing performance of the pipe have been significantly enhanced, making it suitable for trenchless fluid pumping and transportation projects.
04
GRP/FRP Replacement Jacking Pipe
Enables trenchless replacement of existing underground pipelines. Axial compressive strength ≥ 85 MPa, with customizable pipe section lengths (e.g., 0.5 m per section).
05
Raw Materials of Fiber Glass System
Glass fiber
Glass fiber is widely recognized for its exceptional strength and durability. In our pipe manufacturing, we combine continuous filament glass fiber with chopped glass fiber to significantly enhance key performance indicators, including ring stiffness, axial strength, allowable jacking force, and resistance to settlement.

Resin
We utilize high-quality unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl ester resin to deliver superior strength, toughness, high-temperature resistance, and excellent corrosion protection.
Quartz sand
High-purity quartz sand is incorporated into the pipe wall to increase overall hardness and structural rigidity.

Pipe Structure

Liner
For corrosion and permeation resistance
Structural Layer
It withstands internal pressure and external loads.
Outer Layer
It provides UV, corrosion and abrasion resistance.
