GRP jacking pipe uses liquid thermosetting resin as the base material and high-modulus glass fiber as the reinforcement material. Through continuous fiber circumferential reinforcement and chopped fiber three-dimensional reinforcement, it is manufactured using an IoT-based continuous winding GRP pipe production system. Integrating new technologies such as composite materials, modern sensing, information networks, and automation, GRP jacking pipe is a specialized composite material jacking pipe with a three-dimensional reinforced structure designed for replacement purposes.

Performance features, GRP Jacking Piping not only possess the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, excellent hydraulic performance, and long service life common to Glass fiber jacking pipes, but also have the following characteristics:
High Axial Compressive Strength and High Allowable Jacking Force
1. The axial compressive strength of GRP is ≥85MPa, with a typical value of 90MPa, which can meet the application requirements in various complex working conditions of urban old pipeline organic renewal;
2. The pipe section length can be customized to 0.5m per pipe. The replacement rehabilitation technology utilizes existing inspection wells and generally does not require new working shafts (pits). Replacing the original pipes with Glass fiber reinforced jacking pipes can improve construction efficiency and reduce costs.
