An FRP drainage pipe is a composite pipe solution made from fiberglass, unsaturated resin and quartz. Unlike a steel or concrete pipe, it is lightweight yet structurally robust, offering superior resistance to corrosion and abrasion. This makes the FRP drainage pipe ideal for aggressive environments such as chemical plants, water treatment facilities, and heavy-duty drainage systems.
Produced using filament winding or centrifugal casting, each FRP drainage pipe delivers consistent quality with a smooth inner surface that reduces friction and boosts flow efficiency.

To ensure these advantages are fully realized in your project, strict compliance with the following best practices are strongly recommended. Please find below the essential guidelines for laying open-cut FRP piping systems:
Backfill Requirements
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetur adipisicing elit.

Accepted Materials (Primary Backfill Zone)
Use coarse-grained materials, including gravel, crushed stone, sand, or clay.
Particle Size: Maximum particle size: ≤ 30 mm or the pipe wall thickness-whichever is smaller.
Materials to Avoid:Fine-grained soils; Waste/garbage soil; Rock blocks or oversized gravel
Reminder: Oversized stones can damage the pipe. Please refer to the images below for correct and incorrect backfill examples.
