Traditional winding processes face an inherent challenge: they produce pipes in discrete batches-each undergoing a repetitive cycle of mandrel loading, winding, curing, and demolding. Many of these steps rely heavily on manual intervention. Variables such as the resin-to-catalyst ratio, fiber tension, and winding angles often fluctuate based on the operator's experience, leading to inconsistencies between individual pipes.

In contrast, the continuous fiament winding process revolutionizes production. Operating on a seamless assembly line, a traveling internal mandrel moves at a constant speed while glass fibers, resin, and silica sand are precisely deposited onto its surface via multiple automated feeding heads. Throughout this process, critical parameters-including resin mixing ratios, fiber tension, winding angles, layering sequences, and wall thickness-are monitored and adjusted in real-time by a centralized CNC system. By removing human intervention, we effectively eliminate human error.
